Hospitals, universities and institutional delegations registering as a group receive a discount on the whole group's fee, by the approved schedule below.

A group is registered in one currency. Categories priced in UZS and in USD are registered as separate groups; no amount is ever converted.

How fees are paid
Local participants (fees in UZS) pay online from the order screen of a submitted registration and choose CLICK, ATMOS or OCTO (Octobank).
International participants (fees in USD) pay online through OCTO (Octobank) with an international Visa, Mastercard or UnionPay card. Octobank charges in Uzbek som (UZS); the exact amount is shown on your order before you pay, and your bank may convert it into your card currency at its own rate.
Cancellation and refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable, and a paid registration cannot be voluntarily cancelled after payment — except where a refund is required by applicable law, or corrects a duplicate or erroneous transaction. The Public Offer states the full rule.
